Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the deck listening to the extensive birdlife start their morning chorus, or spend the evenings relaxing infront of the sunset. The house has been carefully furnished to feel like a cosy and relaxing home and is perfectly placed to come and unwind in winter or summer. The views perform year round!

Outside there is a beautiful garden leading down to the water. There are deck chairs to lie in the warm sunshine, before a refreshing dip in the lake directly from your own pontoon. There is a gas bbq and outdoor dining to make the most of warm evenings or sunny winter lunches.

The house comes with air conditioning (which can also be used for heating), high speed fibre internet, smart TV, and a fully integrated inverter back up battery power system. The house comes with house-keeping 3 x per week included.

The Lake Michele Security and Eco Estate is close to the popular Noordhoek Farm Village, Longbeach Mall and the famous Long Beach. Excellent restaurants, coffee houses, a deli, horse riding, fantastic cycle routes and long beach walks are all on your door step. The home is well placed to explore the whole Cape Peninsular, and is particularly close to Cape Point and the exceptional Chapmans Peak Drive.

NB: The house is lovely for children, but care is to be taken being directly on the water.
