Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
a. “We”, “us”, “our” refer to the Villa Management Company.
b. “You”, “your” refer to the guest, renter, or client of the villa.
c. “Villa” refers to the property managed by the Villa Management Company.
d. “Booking” refers to the agreement between you and us for the rental of the Villa.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
a. To make a booking, you must provide us with your full name, address, email address, and contact number, as well as the full names of all guests.
b. A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment and send you a confirmation email.
c. The balance of the rental fee must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
a. If you cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
b. If you cancel more than 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus an administration fee.
c. If you cancel less than 60 days before the arrival date, we will retain the deposit and refund the balance only if we are able to re-rent the Villa for the same dates.
d. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.
OCCUPANCY AND USE OF THE VILLA
a. The Villa is for residential purposes only. You may not use the Villa for any commercial purposes or events without our prior written consent.
b. The number of guests staying at the Villa must not exceed the number agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
c. You are responsible for the conduct of all guests staying at the Villa.
d. You must not cause any nuisance, disturbance, or annoyance to the neighbors or other occupants of nearby properties.
e. You must not bring any pets to the Villa without our prior written consent.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
a. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
b. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of the rental period, less any deductions for damages or additional expenses incurred during your stay.
LIABILITY
a. We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your property or that of your guests during your stay at the Villa.
b. We do not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Villa, including water, electricity, gas, or internet.
c. We do not accept liability for any noise or disturbance caused by building works or maintenance work being carried out by neighbors or other nearby properties.
INSURANCE
a. You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover your stay at the Villa, including personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
b. We do not provide any insurance coverage for you or your guests during your stay at the Villa.
FORCE MAJEURE
a. We do not accept liability or pay any compensation for any loss, damage, or expense caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or acts of government.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the Villa is located.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the Villa is located.
