Two further doubles are also located on this floor, with their own private bathrooms and balconies. The top floor also has a study area with views of the 12 Apostles Mountains, as well as a Pyjama lounge.

The second main double bedroom is on the ground floor with its own bathroom and balcony, out to the back of the house which faces the mountains.

The remainder of the ground floor houses the living areas which includes a large lounge and more formal dining area. This opens up onto the front terrace which has a further outdoor dining table and lounge seating. This is the spot to watch the sun set over the ocean right in front of you! The living room also has a fully equipped bar and bar stools.

The modern kitchen is bathed in sunlight and has a lovely second living area attached. A cosy nook to enjoy a coffee or read the paper. There is a kitchen dining table and a further small living area tucked around the corner by the wine cellar.
