Villa Nevada is a large family home with 5 bedrooms, which are all spacious and light with sea or mountain views and are en-suite.

The bedrooms are as follows;;

• The main bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom and outdoor access onto a private balcony with sea views.
• Second with twin beds
• Third bedroom with twin beds
• Fourth has a King-size bed and access onto a private balcony
• The fifth bedroom has a king bed with shower
• The sixth is an outside cottage with a double bedroom with shower

The villa offers numerous living spaces; there are two TV lounges, two further informal sitting areas, an office area and two separate dining areas. All of these rooms enjoy stunning views of the ocean and outdoor access onto the pool area.

The designer kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, from making a cup of coffee to creating a delicious gourmet meal. It is great for those who enjoy entertaining as it is open plan to a dining area with seating for 10.

Outside on the patio is a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. Lazy summer days can be enjoyed here while overlooking the vast Atlantic Ocean. As the afternoons come to an end, take in the beautiful sun sets right infront of you.

Llandudno is just a short drive away is the bustling Camps Bay strip as well as the Clifton beaches and the centre of Cape Town.

The house includes daily house-keeping Monday-Friday.
