The main living areas are situated on the top floor with an open plan kitchen and dining area leading into a large but cosy living room. As the owners spend much of their time at the house, you will find everything you need to settle in and cook up a storm, mix a cocktail or find your favourite board game. The house invites you in to relax and enjoy every moment you are there.
Below the living level is the middle floor housing 3 bedrooms (1 king room, 1 king room or twin, 1 twin room), all en-suite. The master king also includes a TV, lounge and balcony with sea and mountain views. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the ground floor (king room or 2 singles and 2 x 3/4 beds), both en-suite. These two bedrooms share a kitchenette and smart TV.
The ground floor accommodation leads into the garden where the glistening pool (with pool net) is found, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The house also comes with a games room and double garage, high speed wi-fi and includes house-keeping Monday-Friday.
The house is saved from load shedding inconveniences with Solar panels and an Inverter.
