The Manor House is a beautiful five-bedroom villa located on Richard Branson’s Mont Rochelle wine estate. Located in the heart of Franschhoek’s Klein Dassenberg mountain range, the Manor House enjoys phenomenal views. This luxury Franschhoek accommodation is available for exclusive rental throughout the year.

The Manor House comfortably sleeps eight adults and features a cosy bunk room that can sleep up to 6 children, making it a wonderful retreat for the whole family. Throughout your stay, guests will enjoy the many features of the luxury Franschhoek villa – spacious common areas, a kitchen, a heated swimming pool, a gym, and the stunning surrounding views! All bedrooms include an en suite bathrooms featuring baths, showers, and double vanity units. Each bed can be converted to twins, and each room features a TV and a fully stocked mini bar. Heating and air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms.

As a fully-catered villa, the Manor House has a private chef who will prepare meals from the villa’s dedicated kitchen. In addition to breakfast – which is included in the room rates – exclusive use of the Manor House includes lunch or dinner at either of the two restaurants found on the estate, or private dining at the villa. This exclusive use rate includes all drinks (including alcohol). This luxurious Franschhoek villa is to be treated as your own luxury private villa – with a service of a luxury hotel.

Manor House Details

Loft Suite

The Loft Suite is the only room on the top floor of the Manor House. It has a large en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and French doors that lead out onto a private terrace with panoramic views of the Dassenberg Mountains. This bedroom has its own living area and has plenty of wardrobe space.

Viognier Room

Located in a standalone building adjacent to the main Manor House building, the terrace is perfectly situated to enjoy the vineyard and mountain views. The room includes a dressing table, living area and en-suite. The shower has been cleverly designed to be used either as an indoor or outdoor shower.

Chardonnay Room 1

Located downstairs, this room includes its own terrace. The room has views to the front and side of the Manor House, which means there is plenty of sunlight flooding into this spacious double bedroom. There is plenty of wardrobe space.

Chardonnay Room 2

A beautifully appointed bedroom with mini bar and en-suite bathroom.

Bunk Room

The bunk room has two double beds, two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. French doors lead onto the front of the property.
