Open the large sliding doors, step out onto the deck, and revel in the stunning views that surround this beautiful villa, Clifton Sunsets. Located directly on Clifton‘s third beach, the sound of gentle waves crashing and the smell of the salty breeze truly make for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The beachfront villa’s first level includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge, with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up onto the large deck. Out here, guests will enjoy soaking up the sun on the loungers and refreshing by dipping into the sparkling pool. Descend a level to find a fully-equipped, air-conditioned home gym, including large mirrors and a TV. On this level, three of the four ensuite bedrooms are found, along with a cinema room. The fourth en suite bedroom is found one level below.

Situated behind the home, a level above the beachfront villa, is a small garden area. Featuring more sun loungers and epic ocean and mountain views, this is a wonderful spot for guests to enjoy some solitude. Unwind with a good book or simply watch the spectacular views. Access to the beach is merely a few minute’s walk down the steps – spend the long sunny days moving between the beachfront villa and the white sands as you please.

Clifton Sunsets is located on one of the Cape’s most beautiful beaches. With a number of other beaches close by, there is plenty to explore for those who love to be by the ocean! Just a short drive away is the lively suburb of Camps Bay, where a long beach and the iconic Camps Bay Strip, featuring multiple restaurants, cafes and bars, are waiting to be discovered. The iconic Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and the wine estates of Constantia are all within a thirty-minute drive.
