Dedicated Staff Services

At Chas Booth, your comfort is our priority. There will be a house manager and housekeeper on the premises at all times, available for cleaning and laundry. The staff work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch break each day, and on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. They do not usually work on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, or public holidays.

Should you wish to use the staff outside these standard hours, please make a request to the host and the staff. The decision to work extra hours is entirely up to the staff. All overtime worked by the staff will be billed to the guests and is payable before checkout. Overtime is charged at R115 per hour per staff member.
