7 Koppies is an exclusive guesthouse set within 50 hectares of pristine fynbos (indigenous vegetation) on a privately owned piece of land within a working farm. Situated atop a koppie (small hill), the property surveys the Simonsberg mountains and Franschhoek valley – a view that’s best enjoyed at sunset, from the terrace and 25-metre pool!
The luxury of 7 Koppies is a sense of being remote, sitting on a summit and immersed in nature, while having the option to access the Cape Winelands at a moment’s notice. Located a short distance from Franschhoek’s high street, 7 Koppies has up to 50 restaurants within 12 minutes drive and Cape Town International airport is 45 minutes away by car.
The guesthouse comprises two suites and three rooms, each individually designed, with the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas as shared spaces. It is a newly refurbished farmhouse built with high-quality fittings and furnishings, king-sized beds and organic linen. The property is also fully staffed so rooms are serviced and breakfast is included.
The rooms and suites may be booked individually or the entire house reserved for a private rental.
