#2 Freedom Adventure Park

Situated in the Canal Walk shopping centre, Freedom Adventure Park is a 26,000 square metre indoor play park in Cape Town. With trampolines, a sports pitch, hi-line rope courses, go-karts, obstacles, and more, Freedom Adventure Park is one of the best adventure parks in Cape Town! The park also offers the use of self-contained office pods for parents needing to catch up on some work while the kids play. As well as a standard visit, the park can host a birthday party, work function, or even be exclusively hired. #3 Cool Runnings

Both adults and children will have a blast at Cool Runnings – the first downhill toboggan track in Africa! The 1.25 kilometer track features 17 corners, a tunnel, and incredible views of Cape Town. An on-site cafe ensures that a fun family day out will be enjoyed. Toboggan until your heart’s content, then pop into the cafe for a cool beverage and a mouth-watering pizza. #4 Wiesenhof Adventure Park

Looking for somewhere fun to cool off during the city’s warmer months? Wiesenhof Adventure Park, located between Stellenbosch and Paarl, features 6 swimming pools and 8 waterslides, as well as non-water activities such as a climbing wall, indoor trampolines, a pump track, and more. With over 70 built-in-braais and the option to book exclusive-use braai areas, Wiesenhof Adventure Park is a great day out for both children and parents. Located at Hazendal Wine Estate, Wonderdal is much more than a mere activity centre for children – it combines educational information with interactive play to provide kids with an entertaining and educational day out. Aimed towards children between the ages of 5-13, the centre provides both indoor and outdoor activity zones covering topics such as science, nutrition, and nature. The experience takes between 1-2 hours and is fully supervised, meaning that parents may enjoy the rest of the estate while the kids are safe and entertained. A fun park in Cape Town for kids and adults alike is Acrobranch. Located in the beautiful, lush area of Constantia, Acrobranch is a treetop adventure park with various courses and activities that cater to all ages, right from young children to thrill-seeking adults. There are seven courses to choose from, split into categories of easy, moderate, and advanced.
